Floka Charity held the first dialogue session for the “Sawa” project in Latakia, one of its initiatives aimed at facilitating connections between job seekers and employers.

“Sawa” is a community-based digital platform that collects and categorizes CVs of local talents and links them to available opportunities, while also offering specialized training programs to enhance skills and prepare youth for the local job market.
